The website package supplied for launch does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics by default. WordPress and security/hosting tools may still use cookies that are necessary for administration, security or core site operation.
If analytics are added
If the live site is configured with non-essential analytics, marketing pixels, embedded media or other technologies that place optional cookies, this policy and the site's consent mechanism should be updated before those tools are enabled.

You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies that are necessary for a website feature can prevent that feature working correctly.
